Verse 1.31

अथ नाडीनिर्णयः । देहमध्ये स्थिता नाड्यो बहुरूपाः सुविस्तरात्। ज्ञातव्याश्च बुधैर्नित्यं स्वदेहज्ञानहेतवः

ಈಗ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಣಯವು. ದೇಹದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ರೂಪಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿ ಹರಡಿರುವ ನಾಡಿಗಳಿವೆ. ಸ್ವದೇಹದ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಅಡಿಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ…
