Verse 1.33

नाडीस्था कुण्डलीशक्तिर्भुजङ्गाकारशायिनी । ततो दशोर्ध्वगानाड्योदशैवाधः प्रतिष्ठिताः

その力から分岐する二十本の主要な気脈は、エネルギーの流れを上下に方向づけ、生命活動全体を司っています。上方へ向かう十本は知覚や精神的な高揚に関わり、下方へ向かう十本は排泄や接地といった物質的な機能を支えています。呼吸のリズムを観察するスワロodaya の実践においては、これらの経路を通じて気がどのように流れているかを理解することが、心身の調和を整える第一歩となります。
