हुङ्कारः शीतलो यस्य फुत्कारो वह्निसन्निभः । महावैद्यो भवेत्तस्य तस्य मृत्युर्भवेद्ध्रुवम्

ಯಾವ ಪುರುಷನ ಉಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸವು ಶೀತಲವಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾನ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಶ್ವಾಸವು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ಉಷ್ಣವಾಗಿದೆಯೋ, ಅವನು ಮಹಾವೈದ್ಯನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮೃತ್ಯುವು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಉಸಿರಿನ ಉಷ್ಣತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈತ್ಯದ ನಡುವಿನ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಸಮತೋಲನವನ್ನು ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣದ…
