पीडा भवेत्पाणितले च जिह्वामूले तथा स्याद्रुधिरं च कृष्णम्। विद्धं न स (च)ग्लायति यत्र दृष्ट्या जीवेन्मनुष्यः स हि सप्तमासान्

കൈയുടെ തലയിൽ (പിടിക്കുന്നത്) വേദനയുണ്ടാകും; നാലിന്റെ അഗ്രത്ത് (കോപിക്കുന്നത്) അതുപോലെ രക്തം കറുത്തതായിരിക്കും. എവിടെ കണ്ടാൽ മുള്ളുകൊണ്ട് അടിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് ക്ഷീണിക്കുകയില്ലാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നുവോ, അവിടെ ജീവനോടെ മനുഷ്യൻ ഏഴുമാസം ജീവിക്കും…
