Verse 1.36

अथ नाडिभेदकथनम्। तासां मध्ये दश श्रेष्ठा दशानां तिस्र उत्तमाः । इडा च पिङ्गला चैव सषुम्ना च तृतीयका

ಇದೀಗ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಭೇದವನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ನಾಡಿಗಳು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದವು; ಆ ಹತ್ತರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಉತ್ತಮವಾದವು. ಅವುಗಳೆಂದರೆ ಇಡಾ, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೆಯದಾದ ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ. ಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಣಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಚಲನೆಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನ…
