अथ नाडिस्थानकथनम्। इडा वामे स्थिता भागे पिङ्गला दक्षिणे स्मृता । सुषुम्ना मध्यदेशे तु गान्धारी वामचक्षुषि

ಇದೀಗ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ವರ್ಣನೆ. ಇಡಾ ನಾಡಿಯು ಎಡಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ; ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ನಾಡಿಯು ಬಲಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ನಾಡಿಯು ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು, ಮತ್ತು ಗಾಂಧಾರಿ ನಾಡಿಯು ಎಡ ಕಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರಾಣಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಹರಿವಿನ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಭೂಗೋಳವನ್ನು…
