मुखनासाक्षिकर्णान्तानङ्गुलीभिर्निरोधयेत्। तत्त्वोदयमिति ज्ञेयं षण्मुखीकरणं प्रियम्

ಮುಖ, ಮೂಗು, ಕಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ಕಿವಿಗಳ ಅಂತ್ಯಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆರಳುಗಳಿಂದ ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಬೇಕು. ಇದನ್ನು 'ತತ್ತ್ವೋದಯ' ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಆರು ಮುಖಗಳನ್ನುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗುವ (ಷಣ್ಮುಖೀಕರಣ) ಪ್ರಿಯವಾದ ವಿಧಾನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮ ಅಥವಾ ಶ್ವಾಸ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದ ಒಂದು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಹಂತವನ್ನು…
