निराशो निष्कलो योगी न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत्। वासनामुन्मनां कृत्वा कालं जयति लीलया

ಆಶೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ, ಕಲೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಯೋಗಿ, ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ಚಿಂತಿಸಬೇಡ. ವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುನ್ಮನಸ್ಸಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಲೀಲೆಯಿಂದ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವನು. ಶಿವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಗದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಚಿತ್ರಣವಿದೆ. ನಿರಾಶ ಎಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಯಕೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು. ನಿಷ್ಕಲ ಎಂದರೆ ಕಲೆಗಳು…
