बद्ध्वा पद्मासनं ये गुदगतपवनं सन्निरुद्ध्यामुमुच्चैस्तं तस्यापानरन्ध्रक्रमजितमनिलप्राणशक्त्यानिरुद्ध्य । एकीभूतं सुषुम्नाविवरमुपगतं ब्रह्मरन्ध्रं च नीत्वा निक्षिप्याकाशमार्गे शिवचरणरता यान्ति ते केऽपि धन्याः

ಪದ್ಮಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು, ಗುದಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಪಾನ ವಾಯುವನ್ನು ನಿರೋಧಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಿ, ಆ ಅಪಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಣ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಚಲನೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆದು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದಾಗಿಸಿ ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ನಾಡಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮರಂಧ್ರದವರೆಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ದು, ಅಂತರಿಕ್ಷ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ (ಆಕಾಶ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ) ಶಿವನ…
