shivasvarodayaH.pdf 31 शिवस्वरोदयः एतज्जानाति यो योगी एतत्पठति नित्यशः । सर्वदुःखविनिर्मुक्तो लभते वाञ्छितं फलम्

ಯಾವ ಯೋಗಿಯು ಈ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿರುತ್ತಾನೆಯೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವನು ಇದನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಪಠಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆಯೋ, ಅವನು ಸಕಲ ದುಃಖಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಮುಕ್ತನಾಗಿ, ತನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಛಿತವಾದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸೋಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸಗಳ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವಾದ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಅಂತಿಮ ಫಲಶ್ರುತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತದೆ…
