अथ स्वरज्ञानप्रशंसा । स्वरज्ञानं नरे यत्र लक्ष्मीपादतले भवेत्। सर्वत्र च शरीरेऽपि सुखं तस्य सदा भवेत्

இனி சுவர ஞானத்தின் புகழ்ரைக் கூறுவோம். எந்த மனிதனுக்கு சுவர ஞானம் உள்ளதோ, அவனது காலடியில் செல்வம் (லட்சுமி) நிலைத்திருக்கும்; அவனது உடல் முழுவதிலும் எப்போதும் சுகம் நிலவும். இந்த வேத வாக்கியம் சுவாசத்தின் இயக்கத்தை அறிவதன் மூலம் கிடைக்கும்…
