नाडीत्रयं विजानाति तत्त्वज्ञानं तथैव च । नैव तेन भवेत्तुल्यं लक्षकोटिरसायनम्

ನಾಡಿತ್ರಯವನ್ನು (ಇಡ, ಪಿಂಗಲ, ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ) ಮತ್ತು ತತ್ತ್ವಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಅರಿಯುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರಸಾಯನಗಳೂ ಸಮಾನವಾಗಲಾರವು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಉಸಿರಿನ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪರಮೋಚ್ಚವಾಗಿ ಸಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮನುಷ್ಯ ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಯುವ ಮೂರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಣ ನಾಡಿಗಳು…
