Verse 1.41

इडा पिङ्गला (पिङ्गलेडा)सुषुम्ना च प्राणमार्गे समाश्रिताः । एता हि दशनाड्यस्तु देहमध्ये व्यवस्थिताः

ಇಡಾ, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ಎಂಬ ಈ ಮೂರು ನಾಡಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾಣಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿವೆ. ದೇಹದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಹತ್ತು ನಾಡಿಗಳೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿವೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರಾಣಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ರಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಡಾ, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ…
