उद्गारे नाग आख्यातः कूर्मोन्मीलने स्मृतः । 4 sanskritdocuments.org शिवस्वरोदयः कृकलः क्षुतकृज्ज्ञेयो देवदत्तो विजृम्म्भणे

ಉಗ್ಗರಿಸುವಾಗ (ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ) ಅದನ್ನು 'ನಾಗ' ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಕಣ್ಣು ಮಿಟುಕಿಸುವಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ಕಣ್ಣು ತೆರೆಯುವಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು 'ಕೂರ್ಮ' ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಿಕ್ಕಲು (ಹೆಕ್ಕಳಿಕೆ) ಬಂದಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು 'ಕೃಕಲ' ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು; ಜೃಂಭಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಾಸಿ ಬಿಡುವಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು 'ದೇವದತ್ತ'…
