Verse 1.48

प्रकटं प्राणसञ्चारं लक्ष्येद्देहमध्यतः । इडापिङ्गलासुषुम्नाभिर्नाडीभिस्तिसृभिबुधः

ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತನು ದೇಹದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಸಂಚಾರವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು; ಇಡಾ, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಉಸಿರು ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಕೇವಲ…
