Verse 1.51

हकारो निर्गमे प्रोक्त सकारेण प्रवेशनम्। हकारः शिवरूपेण सकारः शक्तिरुच्यते

ಹಕಾರವು ಉಸಿರಿನ ಹೊರಹೋಗುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ (ನಿರ್ಗಮ) ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರವು ಒಳಬರುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ (ಪ್ರವೇಶ) ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಕಾರವು ಶಿವನ ಸ್ವರೂಪವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಸಕಾರವು ಶಕ್ತಿಯೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಉಸಿರಿನ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ದ್ವಂದ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 'ಹ' ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ…
