Verse 1.54

अनेन लक्षयेद्योगी चैकचित्तः समाहितः । सर्वमेव विजानीयान्मार्गे वै चन्द्रसूर्ययोः

ಈ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಯೋಗಿಯು ಏಕಾಗ್ರ ಚಿತ್ತದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಹಿತನಾಗಿ (ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ ಧ್ಯಾನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ) ಇರಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವನು ಚಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಗುಣಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ…
