Verse 1.56

चन्द्रसूर्यसमभ्यासं ये कुर्वन्ति सदा नराः । अतीतानागतज्ञानं तेषां हस्तगतं भवेत्

ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಚಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂರ್ಯ ಸ್ವರಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅತೀತ (ಹಿಂದಿನ) ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಗತ (ಮುಂದಿನ) ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಕೈಗೂಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸೋಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸಗಳ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪರಮ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ 'ಚಂದ್ರ' ಎಂದರೆ ಇಡಾ ನಾಡಿ…
