Verse 1.58

अथ शुभाशुभनाडिकथनम्। मध्यमा भवति क्रूरा दुष्टा सर्वत्र कर्मसु । सर्वत्र शुभकार्येषु वामा भवति सिद्धिदा

ಇದೀಗ ಶುಭ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶುಭ ನಾಡಿಗಳ ವರ್ಣನೆ. ಮಧ್ಯಮ ನಾಡಿಯು ಕ್ರೂರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ದುಷ್ಟವೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶುಭ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಮ ನಾಡಿಯು ಸಿದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಮೂರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಾಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಷುಮ್ನ ನಾಡಿಯ ಸ್ವಭಾವವನ್ನು…
