चन्द्रः स्त्री पुरुषः सूर्यश्चन्द्रो गौरोऽसितो रविः । चन्द्रनाडीप्रवाहेण सौम्यकार्याणि कारयेत्

ಚಂದ್ರನು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ, ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಪುರುಷ. ಚಂದ್ರನು ಗೌರ (ಬಿಳಿ/ಶುಕ್ಲ), ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಅಸಿತ (ಕಪಿ/ಕತ್ತಿರಿದ). ಚಂದ್ರನಾಡೀ ಪ್ರವಾಹದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ತತ್ತ್ವದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ದ್ವಂದ್ವ ವಿಭಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಶಿವನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಶ್ವಾಸೋಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸಗಳು ಎರಡು…
