शत्रुं हन्यात्स्वबले तथा मित्रसमागमः । लक्ष्मीप्राप्तिः स्वरबले कीर्तिः स्वरबले सुखम्

يهزم العدو بقوة النفس، ويحدث لقاء الأصدقاء بقوة النفس، وينال الثراء بقوة النفس، وتتحقق الشهرة بقوة النفس، ويأتي السعادة بقوة النفس. تؤكد هذه الآية جوهر علم السوارودايا بأن قوة التنفس هي المصدر الأساسي لكل نجاح في الحياة الدنيوية والروحية…
