Verse 1.379

कुम्भयेत्सहजं वायुं यथाशक्ति प्रकल्पयेत्। रेचयेच्चन्द्रमार्गेण सूर्येणापूरयेत्सुधीः

ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಸಹಜವಾದ ಪ್ರಾಣವಾಯುವನ್ನು ಕುಂಭಕ (ಉಸಿರು ಹಿಡಿದು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು) ಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ನಂತರ ಚಂದ್ರ ನಾಡಿಯ (ಇಡಾ) ಮೂಲಕ ರೇಚಕ (ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ) ಮಾಡಿ, ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಾಡಿಯ (ಪಿಂಗಲ) ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರಕ (ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು) ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮದ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ…
