Verse 1.24

स्वरेण गम्यते देशो भोज्यं स्वरबले तथा । लघुदीर्घं स्वरबले मलं चैव निवारयेत्

ಶ್ವಾಸದ (ಸ್ವರದ) ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಬೇಕು, ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಬಲದಿಂದಲೇ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು. ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಬಲದಿಂದಲೇ (ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು) ಲಘುವಾಗಿಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿಯೋ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಬಲದಿಂದಲೇ ಮಲವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಜೀವನದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕ್ಷಣವೂ ಶ್ವಾಸದ…
