रक्षणीयस्ततो देहो यतो धर्मादिसाधनम्। अथ योगप्रकरणम्। योगाभ्यासात्वमायान्ति साधुजप्यास्तु साध्यताम्। असाध्याञ्जीवितं घ्नन्ति न तत्रास्ति प्रतिक्रिया
