इडा गङ्गेति विज्ञेया पिङ्गला यमुना नदी । मध्ये सरस्वतीं विद्यात्प्रयागादिसमं तथा

ಇಡಾ ನಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಗಂಗಾ ನದಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ನಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಯಮುನಾ ನದಿ ಎಂದು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಎರಡರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ನಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ನದಿ ಎಂದು ಅರಿಯಬೇಕು; ಇದು ಪ್ರಯಾಗದಂತಹ ಪವಿತ್ರ ತೀರ್ಥಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನವಾದದ್ದು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದೊಳಗಿನ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ನದಿಗಳನ್ನು…
