प्रबुद्धः सर्वदातिष्ठेज्ज्ञानेनालोच्य गोचरम् । एकाग्रस्स्रोपयेत् सर्वं ततोऽन्येन न पीड्यते ॥

జాగృతుడైన యోగి ఎల్లప్పుడూ జ్ఞానం ద్వారా తన ఇంద్రియ గోచరాన్ని పరిశీలిస్తూ నిలబడాలి. ఏకాగ్రచిత్తంతో అన్నింటినీ స్వీయ స్వరూపంలోనే లీనం చేయాలి; అప్పుడు వేరే ఏదీ ఆయనను బాధించదు. ఈ కారిక స్పందా తత్వంలో 'ప్రబుద్ధ' అంటే పూర్తిగా మేల్కొన్న స్థితిని…
