कार्योन्मुखः प्रयत्नो यः केवलं सो ऽत्र लुप्यते तस्मिंल् लुप्ते विलुप्तो ऽस्मीत्यबुधः प्रतिपद्यते

在今日当你感到焦虑、匮乏或觉得“Something is missing"(某物缺失)时,请立刻停下对外境的追逐。不要试图解决那个让你焦虑的问题,而是将注意力反向收摄,去觉察那个“正在努力解决问题”的紧张感本身。问自己:是谁在感到失落?那个感到失落的“我”是否只是一个紧绷的念头?在这份觉察中,放松那份指向外境的冲力,让那份紧张自然消融,体会在努力止息的缝隙中,那从未离开的、本自具足的宁静震动。
