अयमेवोद्यस्तस्य, ध्येयस्य ध्यायि चेतसि । तदात्मता समापत्तिमिच्छतः साधकस्य वा ॥

此偈揭示了修行的核心奥秘：那个推动你寻求真理、渴望与神圣合一的初始冲动（udyama），并非仅仅是通向目标的工具或手段，它本身就是终极实相 Spanda（神圣颤动）的直接显现。在克什米尔湿婆派的视野中，神性并不远在彼岸，而是就在你内心那股强烈的向往之中。当你生起想要证悟的念头时，那股能量正是神性自身的脉动，是意识在自我唤醒。
