गुणादिस्पन्दनिःष्यन्दाः सामान्यस्पन्दसंश्रयात् लब्धात्मलाभाः सततं स्युर् ज्ञस्यापरिपन्थिनः

此偈揭示了现象世界与终极实相之间的动态关系。所谓的“诸德”（即萨埵、罗阇、塔摩三德）以及由此衍生的种种心理活动和感官体验，并非独立存在的实体。它们之所以显得真实并具有生命力，完全是因为依托并浸润在“普遍振动”（Samanya Spanda）之中。这普遍振动即是神圣意识本身的脉动，是万有的本源。就像波浪离不开海水，一旦脱离了这根本的振动，一切现象将瞬间失去其存在的根基，归于虚无。
