Sutra 3.29
योऽविपस्थो ज्ञानहेतुश्च

Translation He who is established in the state of non-difference is the cause of true knowledge.
Meaning The term avipa, or non-difference, points to the realization that there is no ultimate separation between the knower, the known, and the act of knowing. In ordinary consciousness, we perceive a gap between ourselves and the world, which generates doubt, analysis, and fragmented understanding. When one rests in the recognition that all phenomena are nothing but the vibration of one's own divine consciousness, this sense of duality collapses. The seeker realizes that the object of perception is not outside the self but is a manifestation of the self.
In this state of established non-difference, knowledge ceases to be an intellectual acquisition or a process of gathering information from the outside. Instead, it becomes a spontaneous unfolding of inner light. Because the veil of separation has been removed, reality reveals itself directly without the distortion of conceptual filtering. This abiding unity is not merely a philosophical conclusion but the very source from which all valid insight and intuitive wisdom arise naturally and effortlessly.
Contemplation Throughout your day, whenever you encounter a person, an object, or a situation that triggers a reaction of judgment or separation, pause immediately. Silently affirm that the consciousness perceiving this thing and the thing being perceived are made of the same essential substance. Rest for a few breaths in the feeling that there is no gap between you and the experience, allowing the tension of duality to dissolve into a single, unified presence before responding.
A contemplative reading in the spirit of the Kashmir Shaivism (Trika / non-dual Tantra) tradition — an aid to reflection, not a substitute for a living teacher or the classical commentaries.
